Histor tells us that when evil dictators of the past wanted to overtake a society and nation they use a four fold plan that worked every time. In each historical account of this overtaking whether it was Marx, Napolean, Hilter or any other evil empire there was always these four linchpins of power movement:
1. Control the media. In the book the Prince by Macevalleni, he points out the Napolean was the first to understand that you must use the media of the day, which is supposed to be unbias to deceive the public. Tell a lie enough and people will accept it as true.
2. Corrupt the election process. When the ballot box is no longer protected and integrity is throw out of the process, we are no longer electing the person of the people's choice but the one who can manipulate the electoric.
3. Convince the people that governmant and social programs can solve problem. Make the people dependant on the government. Say thing like the government knows best; the government will take care of you; the government will provide for your every need - cradle to grave -- you take away the people's desire to help themselves. You throw out the two personal qualities that drive a healthy nation - personal responsibility and personal initiative.
4. Clergy is silenced. The greatest enemy to an evil empire or dictator is the Spirit empower, only God fearing, authoritatively preaching man of God. Armed with the Bible and speaking to the hearts of the people, pastors can turn back any evil and unite a nation to overthrow evil. This means that if overthrow is going to happen -- clergy must be silenced!
Now with that explanation....are you concerned about where we are at this election year? Is not the media in the back pocket of one party and no longer bias. Is not the election process integrity been corrupted by the fact of fraudulent registrations? have you ever thought why there is such a resistence to voter identification? How about socializing of all solutions -- and they portray themselves as compassionate and caring and fair! Finally, it is obvious to this pastor that my ability to speak forthright without some penalty is becoming more and more a reality.
Be concerned. be very concerned!
