Next week my son Alex and I go to Chicago and then Grand Rapids to check out colleges. Can you believe it? It was just yesterday that I rocked this kid to sleep. Now he plays his rock music....rocks in my car...rocks playing drums in church...rocks his old man on the golf course! Can I go back to the old days of rockin'? We will check out Cornerstone University in GR and then to Moody. I am very excited. This is a boys only trip. Mom is going with the mother-in-law on a swing to NC to visit the Biltmore Mansion in Asheville. If we find one we like and he gets accepted -- then the Queen of the household will be brought in for the final decision!
