A week and two days later and I am feeling good. The fact is on Monday I went to the gym. I can not do any lifting for another week or two, but rode my bike and used some smaller hand weights.  Then that afternoon I walked four holes at Meadia Heights Golf course for Alex's match -- it felt great!  The food thing is fine. Trying to be creative. Mixing between shakes, soups, pudding, etc... This too shall pass!  Yesterday I experienced "loss of energy" -- had to come home from work and crash for three hours. But felt good enough to go back and teach for an hour!  I preach on Sunday and then back to the doctor next week to move into Phase Two of my food -- PUREED FOODS! Whoa!  Kris bought all the different foodsI can eat next week -- it was like seeing a buffet!!  The support of people has been awesome!  Thanks for all the cards and notes and emails!!  By the way, took off another 10 lbs - 51 total!  JM
